This course provides Health and Safety Committee (HSC) members with the knowledge, skills and strategies that will enhance their functions and powers to enable a positive contribution to health and safety within their workplace environment.
Provides participants with an understanding of relevant features of legislation, Codes of Practice, Guides, Standards and Best Practice for developing the Safety Culture, Risk Management, Issue Resolution, Incident Investigation with a focus on continuous improvement.
Negotiate HSC structures to assist in the effectiveness of meetings.
